Booktalk: An in-depth study of Area 51, examining legends, popular reports, and scientific evidence that supports or refutes the mysterious phenomena reputed to occur there.

Snippet: When Bob Lazar told a television reporter in 1989 that he’d been researching captured flying saucers at a United States military base in the Nevada desert, trying to figure out what made them fly so fast, “Area 51” suddenly became the key code name for government conspiracies.

Booktalk: This #OwnVoices poetry anthology written by young newcomers to Canada began in a high school in Outremont, Quebec, where author and poet Simon Boulerice conducted creative-writing workshops for young newcomers to Canada. As the students began writing, their poems gave voice to their reflections on leaving family, friends, and countries of origin to make new homes and connections in their new home.
